HGC supports board-directed enforcement. We handle violation notices, tracking, and documentation in accordance with the association's governing documents and applicable laws. All enforcement actions are carried out at the direction of the board to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance.
Yes. We coordinate vendor communication, obtain bids when requested, and assist with scheduling and oversight of maintenance and repair work. Final vendor selection and approval remain with the board unless otherwise authorized
Our monthly agreement fee includes standard administrative, financial, and homeowner support services. Items billed at actual cost include postage, mailing, printing, and third-party vendor expenses. These costs are passed through without markup.
