Rent payments may be made online and through the rental portal. Payments by check or money order may be permitted if outlined in your lease agreement. Payment instructions are provided after the approval and lease execution.

Only approved occupants listed on the lease may reside in the property. Long-term guests require written approval.
A move-out inspection will be conducted, and the security deposit will be processed in accordance with North Carolina and Virginia General Statutes, including all required timelines and itemized accounting where applicable. Normal wear and tear is distinguished from tenant-caused damage in accordance with state law.
